MILWAUKEE - The Brewers are excited to introduce InSeat Merchandise Ordering at Miller Park via Major League Baseball's "At the Ballpark" application. The application, available for download on smart phones, will have a page dedicated to purchasing game-used products by fans, including day of game baseballs and bases.
There are numerous items that can be purchased through the application, including game-used merchandise such as baseballs, cracked bats, jerseys, helmets, autographs and hats. Merchandise will be delivered directly to fans in their seats during the game. Time of delivery will vary based on which product is ordered and when that product will be available (baseballs will not be available until after the first pitch). Certain items will not be available during the game due to Miller Park regulations. In those cases, a claim-check will be set up so fans can receive their items as they exit the ballpark.
If fans are not in their seats when the product is delivered, there will be a location set up where fans can pick up their merchandise at a later time. To arrange the pickup fans should contact firstname.lastname@example.org and include their name, order number and contact information in the email. When receiving their order, fans must present a valid ID as well as the last four digits of the card used to purchase the product.
Season ticket holder discounts are not valid with merchandise purchases. All sales are final at the time of purchase. Certificates of authenticity can be obtained at mlb.mlb.com/authentication, and entering the authentication number from the hologram sticker into the MLB referencing system.
